GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the administrative supervision of the Lead Worker or Supervisor, the Masking worker responsibilities include masking, using masking tape, designated portions of equipment, racks, and/or other segments of shelters/vans.
Assigned duties are implemented in a manner appropriate to the age-specific needs of the individuals served.
Type of supervision exercised: none. Jobs reporting to this position: none.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training required.
SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between series of numbers.
Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. The ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple on or two step instructions. Ability to deal with non –standardized situations with frequent variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Medium Work: duties require exerting 25 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally (approx 10-33% of shift), and/or 10-25lbs. of force frequently (approx 33-66% of the time), and/or greater than negligible amount up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects.
Position occasionally (up to 25% of shift) involves working in reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, and strained positions throughout shift.
Requires working on ladders; climbing on top of shelters/vans approximately 8 feet high; working overhead, and stooping/bending to reach areas to be masked. Areas to be masked may be somewhat inaccessible which would require awkward positions.
Ability to transport self throughout facility is required.
ACCIDENT OR HEALTH HAZARDS:
Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airbourne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed within a production setting of the Tobyhanna Army Depot Burnley Detachment site with exposure to noise, equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Supports the Munitions and Environmental Remediation Department and is responsible for the production, storage, receipt, shipment, inspection, maintenance, or testing of explosive ordnance items or components to meet productivity and quality goals at the Hawthorne Army Depot, Hawthorne, Nevada. Position reports to the Director of Operations, Ammunition Demilitarization Operations.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized. Responsibilities
Perform manual, technical, and mechanically assisted duties involved with the production, storage, receipt, shipment, inspection, maintenance, or testing of explosive ordnance items or components
Follows all pertinent local, state, and federal compliance documents and procedures.?
Under Leader/Crafts direct supervision, perform warehousing duties involving stock movement into or out of storage facilities, physical inventory, disassemble, assemble, warehouse arrangement, accessibility, clean, repair, rework, inspect, test, load, package, move, or mark any ordnance items or components
Must ensure all doors and windows are properly secure in work areas
Munitions Handlers can be assigned to various areas including but not limited to: Ammo Processing and Disposal Operations, Production Support, and Inventory
Operate mobile equipment such as MHE, vehicles for transporting personnel, tools, equipment, ammunition components, or machines used in the manufacture or demilitarization of munitions such as chemical stripping vats, stress relief ovens, grit blast machines, spray paint and electrostatic paint systems, melt kettles, hydraulic presses, overhead hoists, etc.
May operate computer-based programs such as the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and AIT scanning tools
Accurately record and report all Munition and Munition component accountability and discrepancies to the appropriate authority.
Remove dunnage and maintain a clean, secure, and safe work area to include but not limited to pulling weeds, emptying trash, cleaning work and common areas, and restrooms in or around explosive operations buildings and/or magazines
Additional duties as directed / assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience required. Previous Munitions experience preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain required training in accordance with Acuity’s training requirements for the position
Must satisfactorily complete the Training and Certification Program for Personnel Working Ammunition Operations required by AMC Regulation 350-4 within 90 days of hire
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Flagger qualification as required
Ability to use any equipment in a safe manner as it pertains to job
Skill in using small hand tools
Ability to operate a vehicle and forklift in a safe and responsible manner
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must also be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of government security clearance as well as a clearance through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and be favorably vetted through the NCIC III System and Common Access Card (CAC), and must pass local agency background check

Description:Responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance-based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. MFC is seeking an Items Analyst for a position in Chambersburg, Pa. at the Letterkenny Special Repair Activity (LSRA).
Candidate will perform day-to-day USG supply chain management activities on the APACHE MTADS program at the LSRA. Candidate will have daily interface with various USG Program Sustainment and Repair Operations teams. Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Processing repair inductions and closures for USG TADS/M-TADS assets to be repaired at offsite Depots and/or Suppliers.
Processing hardware requests in support of inducted repairs at various off-site repair depots.
Managing Kit Deliveries in support of hardware selloff and to meet the Fielding schedule by coordinating with Production and Configuration Data Management teams.
Processing obsolete/unrepairable assets for excess/scrap disposition.
Performing annual physical inventory and reconciliation of USG/INT’L assets.
Supporting International Contract Closeouts and Proposal efforts.
Creating/revising desktop procedures to support execution of contractual requirements.
Supporting process improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
